1) Used Rail = US$ 217.-/mt, CIF, ASWP at 30,000mt/shipment.
2) HMS 1 = US$ 215.-/mt, CIF, ASWP at 30,000mt/shipment
3) HMS 1&2 = US$ 213.-/mt, CIF, ASWP at 30,000mt/shipment
4) Origin : East / Central Europe

Our procedure is : -
1) LOI from buyer with bank detail to permit soft probe
2) Text contract from seller
3) FCO / Final Draft Contract for both buyer and seller to sign within 72 hours together with POP on site inspection, which explains the procedure.
4) L/C raise by buyer
5) PB 2% from seller (for steel mill owner)
6) Shipment can be ready within 8 ~ 10 working days.
7) SGS inspection upon loading
8) Payment by DLC
