Big bag unloader
DDJ series of big bag unloader is utilized to unpack the bags filled with granule materials such as plastic resin, carbon black, food additives and other drying materials in plastic, rubber and other industries. The sack will be lifted to the inlet of the unit by this system, the outlet of the sack will be taken apart manually, and the flow valve will be opened to discharge the materials from the big bag by gravity into the hopper, and in addition vibrating unit is installed to improve the granule material flowability.
