1. Overview of PDC non-coring drill bit
PDC non-coring drill bit produced by Zhengzhou LD Diamond Products CO.,Ltd.,are applied to rock formation f≤15, like granite, limestone, sandstone, mudstone, etc., mainly used for geological exploration, water well, gas drainage hole, drawing water hole, injected hole, blast hole, dam and roadway construction etc.
Usually drill bits are three wings or four wings.
LD drill bits adopt 2 cutters, flat and dome-shaped cutters.
The flat cutters have high abrasion resistance and fast drilling efficiency, suitable for drilling ordinary formation.
The dome-shaped cutters have high impact resistance and stable drilling performance, suitable for formations with hard interbred layers.
