PD centrifuges are filter equipment with hermetic closure procedure task, intermittent operation and hanging bag off-site discharge. The material is fed into the drum from the top; under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum; after the machine is stopped, the liquid-block plate together with the filter bag is hoisted with the sling out of the machine and transferred to the designated discharge site. The centrifuge has such features as smooth start-up, adjustable separating factor, target volume, high efficiency, easy & convenient operation, quick discharge, good safety, clean environment, low labor strength, etc.
Model PD centrifuge has got rid of traditional suspending type of leg-support. Instead, it adopts flat-plate counterweight and high-viscosity damping agent vibration isolator for absorbing the vibration and the installation requires no foundation.
Model PD centrifuge is with fully-open large hinged cover, quick-open-type hanging bag discharging, and have such features as motor's over-heat, overload & over-current protection as well as interlock protection.
