Introduction
Marshall Pump systems Limited designed and developed the PiB Pumper in response to demands from a number of blown film manufacturers wishing to produce stretch film on standard extruders. The objective has been to attain adequate PiB content for most commercial purposes without production difficulties and with only minimal modification to the extruder. These objectives have been successfully achieved and the PIB Pumper is now widely used and has many years of successful operating experience to prove its effectiveness and reliability.

The advantages of using our PiB Pumper over masterbatch or over other PIB machines are:

The standard simplex PiB Pumper is the unit that the vast majority of applications and manufacturers use. This is suitable for single or multilayer stretch applications where the liquid PIB is going to be injected into a single layer only.

The pumper itself requires a 0-10vdc feed from your extruder to work in automatic mode, as this will connect into our panel and ensure that the Pumper runs in proportion to your extruder. Other than that we factory build and calibrate so that all you need to do is plug it in, use it, make great film and save money!
