Thermal transfer printing: Print graphics on the transferpaper directly. Widely application: Garment, Fabric, Sports goods, Curtain, Exhibition etc.
Direct-to-fabric printing: Chemical fabrics without elasticity, such as Advertising banners, Flags, Chiffon etc.
Print graphics on the fabrics, then complete the sublimation by sublimation machine.
1. Master Control Panel
Equip with Master switch, Branch switch controlling the front and rear tension bar.
2. Unique tension structure, More effective anti-deviation.
Segmented traction, Achieve automatic anti-deviation. Front and rear tension bar ensure the fabric stayed tight, flat and smooth.
3. Automatic take-up & feeding system, bearing weight of 80KG.
Both 2 inches (φ48mm-φ53mm) and 3 inches(φ75mm-φ80mm) are available for the paper core.
Fix the paper core firmly, Ensure fabrics flat and smooth.Thus achieve printing smoothly.
Maximum media diameter:380MM
4. Concave ink groove
In the process of printing, the abandoned ink will flow into the concave ink groove, avoid polluting the graphics, and damaging the graphics quality.
5. Traction bar
Different from paper, Ink may infiltrate in the process of fabric printing. Traction bar ensures the fabric stayed suspended. Avoid abandoned ink polluting the graphics.
