Concrete Batching Plant is a complete equipment to produce the concrete, consists of mixer, batching machine,
weighing system and control system. It can produce the concrete according the formula, which the raw material will be mixed
in certain ratio preset by user, like sand, gravel, cement, etc…will be loaded in the ratio and send to mixer for mixing
and discharging after mixing….
It features speedy batching, and measuring accuracy, easy operate. Electric measuring system enables zero tracking,
and over load probe and correcting. There are two LED displays, it show the individual weight and accumulate weight
on real time during batching process. It can save 10 formulas, and auto save the present mixing formula, and easily
select from save formula.The software has perfect protect system and trouble shooting function.
It is a good equipment for producing high quality concrete.
