The ability to deliver standard or argon-enhanced coagulation and cutting in one instrument lets the multifunction ArgonPlus™ handset provide unprecedented surgical flexibility for open and laparoscopic procedures.



The ArgonPlus handset has a retractable electrode design. This facilitates argon-enhanced coagulation and protects the laparoscopic electrode tip from damage when being inserted or withdrawn from the cannula.



The selection of retractable ArgonPlus electrodes includes blade and needle electrodes for open procedures and laparoscopic electrodes in a choice of tip configurations. Flexible coagulation electrodes are also available in a variety of lengths.
