The line use highly active screw extruder that we developed, and it has the characteristics of high speed extrusion and high plasticization. PP-R special screw notches barrel. The newly equipped twice distributaries mold can extrude products under low temperature and low pressure. The water film dia. fixed tube can ensure the high-speed production. The production line is controlled by PLC program and equipped with perfect man-machine interface. After extruding by the identified line, it can produce pipes with identified color line. When the production line changes its mold, it can produce PE pipes. This production line mainly uses to produce the tubing production line which takes the PP-R resin as the raw material, when it is also suitable for the tubing production with PB, PPC, PE resin as the raw material.
