Concrete batching plant mainly composed of materials weighing system, materials conveying system, materials storage system, control system and other auxiliary facilities.
Concrete batching plant’s operation is divided into four parts: sand’s feeding, power’s (cement, coal ash and expanding agent etc.) feeding, water and additive’s feeding, transmission mixing and storage.
After the concrete batching plant energized, it is entered in man-machine interaction’s operation interface. The system has been initialized including formula number, concrete grade, collapse degree, and production’s capacity etc.. According to the weighing of each bin and measuring hopper, ensure the transmission signal is empty or full and then prompt operator to start the mixing control system or not. Start gravel and sand belt conveyor charging in measuring bucket; turn on the switch of coal ash and cement dump; start screw conveyor to convey coal ash, cement to measuring bucket; turn on the switch of water bin
