1.The blade is made of polyurethane, with low wearing, high strength and no damage to the belt. The hollow buffer holes of the blade enables the blade a large extensibility t o achieve a complete scraping effect;
2. Modular design of the blade and slot push structure of the aluminum alloy fixing seat makes the installation and replacement more convenient;
3. A set of constant-pressure spring adjusting seats at both ends keeps the blade and the belt maintain a
proper contact pressure. In case of any external force, the pressure spring can buffer the impact force in time, thus preventing the blade from damaging the belt;
4. Installed below the center line of the head pulley;
5. Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer, and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, coking plants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines.
