Primary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-HR
1. A built-in high-strength aluminum alloy framework and PU blade are integrated molding , characterized by good fit, large extensibility, high wear resistance, impact resistance and no material leakage;
2. The blade and the bracket are bolted for easy installation and replacement;
3. A set of constant-pressure spring adjusting seats at both ends keeps the blade and the belt maintain a
proper contact pressure. In case of any external force, the pressure spring can buffer the impact force in time, thus preventing the blade from damaging the belt;
4. Installed below the center line of the head pulley;
5. Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer, and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, coking plants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminal transfer stations.
