Brief Introduction:
Leak Tester is designed for the examination of airproof property of packages, containers, bags, pipes. Leak tester is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc. Leak Tester LT-02 complies with ASTM D3078 and GB/T 15171 standards.
The leak tester system is composed of the mainframe and the vacuum chamber. A test sample is placed into a vacuum chamber with water and the air above water level is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector. A great pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and any slight leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated.
