Use: They are widely used in the work of compaction of concrete. The internal air has been discharged after vibration so that the concrete material becomes more even and compact. The strength of concrete has been increased and quality of construction has been guaranteed. Also it will shorten the time of solidification of concrete and quicken the progress of construction. They are important tools in the pouring of precast parts and beams, columns, tunnels and port construction. Principle: The working part is a hallow cylinder, with an oscillater inside. Driven by the power source, the oscillation of the oscillater causes a mechanical vibration of high frequency amplititude of the vibrator head. The concrete vibrator is poked into the concrete during operation. The vibration of it will make the concrete remarkably compact.
