Italian Tube Expand Technology
Tube expand is very important for both process of internal solid liner and product assembly. Years ago, the liner was formed by hydraulic press with customized molds for every single size. The forming efficiency is very low and the expanded section is always not straight enough, which will affect installation badly. The worse is that, without the help of Italian tube expand technology, we had to assemble all parts together by manual, which leaded to extremely high production cost.
By using the tube expander, the quality of internal solid liner is much better than before, and more than 5000 pcs exhaust bellows(flex bellows) can be assembled within one month. It is unbelievable to us before, but benefits our customer and ourselves now.
