1. The bright solution equipment is a special equipment to make online heat of stinless steel pipe up to 1050℃, and then to cool it fast to 100℃ below under the protection of hydrogen.
2. Induction heating coil and cooling system are built in a sealed pipe.
3. The major feature of this system is the unrepeated usage of hydrogen, the flow of which is very small,just several liters per minute. The gas in use is pure hydrogen, the quantity of which is very small in gas pipeline, so it is not dangerous. In the meanwhile, exhausted off gas is burnt, which can prevent hydrogen from diffusing into ambient air, thus avoiding accumulating to dangerous concentrantion in surrounding space.
4. The heated stainless steel pipe is cooled in the way of heat conduction in a special closed cooling tunnel, which is the reason why this system just need a little air to undertake bright annealing compared with other systems.
