HHS style black annealing equipment specializes in heating steel pipe to bright annealing treatment temperature then cooling it to indoor temperature by water spray. Advanced inductor heating power is new type DSP＋IGBT structure energy-efficient production, it is IGBT inversion and adopts DSP to do full digital accurate control. Full air cooling structure (inductor water cooling) reduces system loss. It has set through self-protection and self-diagnostic function. It can save about 15% energy than congeneric product.

Induction heating coil for brass solenoid structure. Heat treatment time is short, putting the steel tube heat from room temperature to 1050 ℃ with only 10 seconds.
In induction heating channel exit, is equipped with an infrared thermometer, which is used to measure the temperature of the steel pipe. Thermometer and temperature display meter and regulator, can set alarm temperature as required.
