1、The product is based on the total of Corolla 1ZR-FE electronically controlled gasoline engine, including: generator, oil supply system, ignition system, intake manifold assembly, exhaust manifold assembly, engine cylinder head, cylinder block, piston connecting rod mechanism, crankshaft, flywheel, related sensors, actuators and other engine working devices.
2、The product adopts advanced CNC wire-cutting technology to cut the engine surface to show the maximum: crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, gas distribution mechanism, lubrication mechanism, cooling system, intake and exhaust system and other engine internal fine composition.
3、With asynchronous reduction drive motor drive the engine slowly, real-time simulation of the engine: intake, compression, work, exhaust the work process of the four strokes; test bench drive part with a safety shield.
4、The dissection of different components of the engine, are distinguished by different colors.
