Jinggong T-slot Base Plates (Floor Plates, Bed Plates or Clamping Plates) are made from high-density cast iron. These plates allow for a wide range of ‘work-holding’ solutions.



Base Plates / Bed plates / T-slotted floor plates find application in engineering and manufacturing industries as precision bases for layout, marking, inspection and assembly work. They also find application for large fixtures, special tooling and production set ups. It also allows for an easy set-up and mounting for precision welding.



Standard plates have a Brinell hardness of between 180 – 200 HB and a tensile strength of 260 – 300 N/mm2. Surface machined to DIN876 and T-slots machined to DIN650.



Standard T-slot sizes 22, 28, or 36 can be manufactured, with fits ranging from H 7 to H 12. The popular distance between T-slots is 200 or 250 mm. T-slots in special or intermediate sizes can be provided.



The design, dimensions and load capacity of the plates can be adapted to the size
