Deep pleat hepa air filter
Deep Pleated with Separator Air Filter is appropriate for use in situations requiring turbulent HEPA filtration. The fully eradicable timber version makes it ideally suited for applications like bacteriological, toxicological, and hospital settings where this method of wasted filter disposal is anticipated.
The product is created utilizing corrugated aluminum safety edged separators and premium micro-glass paper. An enlarged media surface area is created by bonding the filter pack to the filter. The products outside casing, which is made of either galvanized steel, SS or aluminum, improves its physical stability. On the filters clean air side, the finished product is equipped with a continuous elastomer sealing gasket. Each cell is tested once production is complete to ensure peak performance.
