The BVST 1500LB-18 Ball Valve is an 18-inch, 1500LB RF side-entry, trunnion-mounted, 3-piece ball valve with gear operation, designed for high-performance and high-pressure applications. The body and bonnet are made from ASTM A216 WCB with ENP coating, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance, while the ball and stem are constructed from ASTM A182 F304 stainless steel. The seat is made of PEEK, ensuring a reliable seal even under demanding conditions. With a face-to-face dimension of 1537mm, this valve complies with the API6D standard, and flange standards meet ASME B16.5.
The valve undergoes sealing pressure tests at 281BAR and shell pressure tests at 383BAR to ensure performance under extreme conditions.
