The screw and barrel were made of the best quality alloy steel, and were made by precision machining(CNC) and complete with heat-treatment. And also it can weld wear resisting alloy steel process on the surface. The gear reducer was imported from Europe or Japan, got very low noice and very long life service. All of extruder be mounted on high rigid common bed for keeping high precision.The special designed water jacket gets excellent heat exchanging efficiency.
The feeding roller be designed to prevent the rubber getting into the bearings. We can provide many different extrusion heads for suiting different products.

a. For tread of tire extrusion.
b. For inner tube extrusion.
c. For rubber hose extrusion.
