CNC Parts Machining Process
1) Arrange the Raw Material or Extrusion Material(include material inspection)
2) Make a fixture if necessary(include fixture inspection)
3) CNC Machining/Turning/Lathe/Milling..(inspection during production to keep the tolerance)
4) Finish Treatment, such as Anodizing/Plating/Brushing/Polishing/PVD Coating...
5) Full Inspection with 2D projector or other inspection equipments
6) Making Inspection Reports and send to the customers
6) Packing according to customers requirements
7) Shipment(by courier/sea/air)
8) Sending the tracking number or B/L to the customer
9) After-sales service if need
