Hexagon flange bolts are hexagonal heads that together form a fastener.
Ordinary bolt heads are thick and difficult to deform. If vibration occurs, it needs to be retightened. The thin part of the flange bolt may be slightly deformed and can be locked more securely. This tool cannot be used with normal bolts when drilling. The flange bolt has a smaller head. The lower flange also acts as a fastening, but it can be inserted into the hole using special tools. The hexagon bolts work the same way. Then there is the flat top pad for the flange, which is safer on softer, less abrasive materials and does not cause perforations.
