1. Features of upward continuous casting machine for oxygen-free copper rod
Upcast system produces top quality rod for the wire and cable industry(including feeding the Conform line for copper rectangular wire production.), with the outstanding performance of high electrical conductivity and good draw ability.Our upward continuous casting line has the main advantages of low investment, good product quality, pollution free and easy operation. Different line configurations of single, double, tripe furnaces are available for production capacity range from 1,500 to 10,000 tons per year. Different rod diameters can be chosen: 8mm, 17mm, 20mm and 25mm, etc. It is tailor-made to match the needs of each specific customer.

Resistance in soft condition: ≤ 0.01724Ω. mm2/m
Elongation percentage ≥ 37%
