Tubular stranders/cablers are used to strand copper wire, aluminum wire, steel wire and other alloy wires. We have different size with bobbins from 200-800mm.

1.Features of High Speed Tubular Stranders
A. Tubular strander consists of center payoff, wire guider, stranding cage, assembling die holder, meter counter, capstan and take-up.
B. The cage consists of front and rear bearing supporters, big bearing supporter in the middle, stranding cage, bobbin frame, brake rack, stranding head.
C. The stranding cages are supported by bearings with high rotating speed and low noise, easy to maintain. The middle big bearings are lubricated through continuous oil supply in the thin oil lubrication station.
D. The bobbin is clamped by pintles.
E. The stranding head is with single wire pre-forming unit and wire-breaking protecting unit.
F. The cage braking unit is disc type.
G. The capstan is dual wheel type; the distribution wheel is grooved wheel to distribute wires. Capstan line speed is 36 grade speed variety to meet the requirements of the pitch.
