Copper Rod Breakdown Machine
The machine is used for drawing Φ8mm copper rod to 1.2-4mm wires, complete with continuous annealer, dual spooler or coiler.

Ironed cast and horizontal structure, dual driving motors, owning rapidly mould-change system;
High precision helical gears transmission, with high efficiency and low noise;
The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power, which is strong in;
Fully immersed way to lubricate and cool, which can guarantee the quality of the drawing wire;
Annealing device is inclined, which can reduce machine height and convenient for workers to cross wire;
Special designed air pipe to send air to the axis of annealing wheel;
Wound by the auto dual bobbin take-up device or coiler(according to needs);
Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen(Simens or according to needs), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
