AWS E6013 welding electrode

1. Description:
AWS E6013 is a kind of carton steel welding electrode with titania typecoating, which is used for all position welding. It is suitable for welding general carton steel and ZINC-coated steel sheets for ships. AWS E6013 welding eelectrode has excellent operating performance, easy ignition and reignition, stable arc, perfect appearance of welding and good slag detachability

2.Application:
It is suitable for welding general carton steel and ZINC-coated steel sheets for ships. Suitable for welding shipbuilding structures such as buildings and bridges, storage tanks, pipes and pressure vessel fittings.

3.Attention:
It requires no heating before using, if welding electrodes is damp; please heating it under the temperature100 for 30-60 minutes according to the damp situation.

5.package detail:
1) Inner packaging: 2.5/5kg for a carton box or a corrugated package + PE/PVC bag.
2) Outer packaging: 20kg(5kg*4 or 2.5kg*8) for a brown paper box with LDPE film.
3)One or two tons are packed together with a wood pallet in a plastic package if customers need.
