1.Description:
E7016is of carbon steel electrodes with low hydrogen potassium type coating .The weld mental has superior mechanical properties and high crack resistant properties It can be welded on both AC and DC. Welding can be done in all position. When used AC, the stability is inferior to that used DC.
2.Application:
Used to weld middle carbon steel and low alloy steel structure,such as 16 Mn,09Mn2Si etc.
3.Attention:
It needs heating for 1 hour under the temperature 350°C before using.
It requires the basis metal clearing impurities (Such as Oil,Rust,Water etc).
Use short ARC,Narrow-circuit method for welding.
