Hot gas station
According to users requirement, hot gas station can be consisted of single-set or multiple-set Single-Section gasifier with supportive purification equipment. Generally, hot gas station includes Single-Section gasifier, exit ash bucket, cyclone dust collectors, water sealed tank, bell jar valve, water sealed stop valve, gas blower (frequency conversion), air check valve, and so on. (see process flow sheet) Both anthracite and soft coal can be used. The gas applies to common nozzle, while for heat accumulating nozzle, the gas is not suggested to be used.
