The tape takes kapton film ( polyimide film) as the basic carrier, coating with pressure-sensitive organosilicon adhesive. It is widely used in circuit board system and electronic industry for its high temperature resistance, high tensile strength, excellent chemical resistance, no residue left, and in line with ROHS (Halogen Free).
