Blocks without tin element in the alluvial ore will be removed by, vibtating screen and this meet the need of feeding size for jig concentrator and improves the efficiency of the whole processing line. For -5mm size ore, there is no need screening because jigger can deal with materila of -5mm. The detailed flow sheet needs to be allocated according to specific situation. eg. for alluvial tin ore with a lot of mud, a log washer can be needed at the right beginning.

The jigger for tin separation is usually the trapezoidal jig separator. It has four jigging slots and eight jigging chambers. Strok eand stroke frequency of each slot can be adjusted independently, so this jigger has four different jigging system to recover coarse, medium and fine ores with its high upgrading efficiency. The jigger distance is 3.6m, the longest distance for jigging, so the recovery rate is the highest among kinds of jiggers.
