C-Glass Assembled Roving are designed for reinforcing unsaturated polyestet, vinyl ester, phenolic, polyurethane and epoxy resins.
C-Glass Assembled Roving are used to produce FRP pipes, pressure vessels, gratings profiles, panels and sealing materials and, when converted into woven rovings, various FRP products.
Packaging
C-Glass Assembled Rovings can be packed in a small cardboard box or on pallets. Package weight 17kg or 20kg.
In case of palletizing, each package is wrapped with a shrinking plastic film. Each pallet contains three or fours layers with 16 packages per layer (totally 48 or 64 per pallet). All pallets are stretch wrapped and strapped. The way of splicing depends on customer request.
Storage
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15c -35c (Rovings for chopping less than 25cƒ) and 35%-65% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 layers, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
