Considering that polyethylene pipes are produced in 6 and 12-meter branches and an installation cost of reversion screwed fittings is high, polyethylene welding machines have been designed and made so as to speed up work and raise the quality of pipe and fittings installation. The polyethylene welding machines are produced based on DVS2201 and ISO12176-1 standards. Having been produced, the polyethylene welding machines are tested, examined, calibrated, and they come into operation for sending to developmental projects.
