Photoluminescent pigment is a new kind luminous material who can absorb and store the energy of various ultraviolet and visible lights then release the energy in way of visible light in dark environment. It is a strontium aluminate based one activated by rare earth(Eu,Dy).

This new luminous pigment is a light-yellow powder which turns to green color after activated by visible light.
