Characteristics:
H3010 1K intermediate primer has good filling capability with primer and poly-putty, quick-drying in the warm room, good grinding and good luster (could reach 5-15%), prevent the top-paint filter inside, have a good adhesive force with top-paint, high hardness and waterproof.
H3010 1K intermediate primer has a good hardness but flexibility, applies principally to the small size car with not finish the top-paint.

Composing:^$1K Primer (quick-drying intermediate coating paint) is a mixture of all kind of synthetic resin, pigment, filling, antisetting additives, aids and solvent.

Features

Field of Application: ^$Application for all kind of car, bus and metal etc. as a quick-dry sealing intermediate coating, also be used as a quick-dry single-component repair coating.

^#Reference for construction and note^$1. Suitable for spraying. Use poly-putty and sand the surface down before spraying.

2. Use thinner and tiana water to dilute and wash the tool. The ratio of thinner is: 15~35 percent, Viscosity:14~18 second/(T-4,25 degree centigrade).

3. When in winter or humidity is more than 90%, should use the desiccant (white water), and the dosage of desiccant is about 25~45 percent, or may cause poor viscosity in the middle layer, mist, even cause some bubble on the surface. Must not use the bad quality thinner to dilute this product.

4. Suitable for using on the surface of 2K primer and poly-putty, do not use on the surface of the paint of Alkyd, Epoxy fat, Phenoilc aldehyde.

5. The storage life is one year from the date of production (if it is beyond the storage life, please confirm according to the standard inspection; if the quality is still ok, you can used it continuously).
