Scope of Application:This prouduct is made from Polyimde film painted with F adhesive on single surface or double surfaces and cut after drying,this tape applies to insulation material for electrical wire windin,which is molded through melting at the temperature of 350 -38 0 蚓 for half an hour
Ⅰ .Specification:
? Appearance: the adhesive tape is clean and smooth,without air bubble and impurities
? Size
1). Length: the length of a reel of adhesive tape is not less than 300m ,the number of section is not more than 4 sections,minimum length of them is not less than 10m ..
2). Width:the width and its allowance of the adhesive tape is 1 0 0.5mm ,15 0.5mm ,20 1mm ,25 1mm .
3) Thickness:nominal thickness and allowance of the adhesive tape:we can supply tapes with different thickness according to requirement of customers,their allowance is 0.6mm or supply according to the requirement of custormer.

Ⅱ .Packing, mark,preservation and transportation
? The tape roll and disc shoud be rolled up on the pipe core with internal diameter of about 40mm and then packed into plastic bag with good sealing and then be packed into wooden box with dampproof paper or into dry and clean carton.
? The product acceptance certificate should be attached in each package and the printing words of product description,size,lot number,net weight,date of production,name of the manufacturer,as well as "dampproof" and "collision-proof",etc should be indicated on the box.
? The preserved period for the tape from the date of production is for six mouths and can still be used through acceptance certified when the preserved period is exceeded.
? The tape should be preserved into dry and clean warehouse with good ventilation.
? When the tape is teansported,it should be prevented from sunlight,damp,heavy pressure,broken and mechanical damage.
