Duru Bulgur was established by Ziya DURU at 1935. It is located on 30.000 square meters area and it's main activities are the production of bulgur (pounded wheat) and packaging of pulses. The daily capacity of the plant is more than 70 tons. Over 40 percent of production is exported to numerous countries including Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, UK, France, USA and Cyprus. In addition to this We deliver our products by Branch Offices and Vendors in different regions of Turkey.

All Duru products are manufactured without using additive materials (only water and wheat) under the strictest hygenic conditions in stainless steel equipment. Our products are famous world wide because of the quality and marvellous taste.

Our main activities are design, production of Bulgur products (boiled,pounded and cracked wheat)and processing packaging of pulses (rice,chickpea,beans,lentils, Wheat for Noah's Pudding etc.). Our products are very quality and their quality is approved by International HACCP Food Hygiene Certificate from German Certification Body RWTUV.On the other hand We have an International System Certificate ISO 9001-2000.

We have an automation system in our production plant.Our all products are produced without hand contact.The possibility of Physical Dangers about product is nearly zero in our system because of regular controls and continuous investments to production system.
