Our pipe mill high frequency straight line welding pipes and has an annual output ability of 200 thousand tons.
The equipment facilities boasts of 7 sets of straight line welding machines and 1 set of dip galvanizing machine. 1,600mm, on - line ultrasonic testing device, off - line ultrasonic testing device, plain ends and beveling ends machine, hydraulic pressure testing machine as well as necessary mechanics experiment, physical and chemical analysis equipment and so on.

After bright annealing, tubes are free of magnetism, have average metallographic structure. The inside polish can reach 600grit with the imported inside line polishing machine.
