The TRI-CLAMP, I-LINE, and Q-LINE fitting assemblies consist of 2 matching Ferrules, 1 Gasket, and 1 Clamp. Designed specifically for COP ( Clean-Out-of-Place ) and CIP ( Clean-In-Place ) applications, these fittings utilize a Wing Nut for tightening and loosening, allowing pipeline equipment, on-site construction, and production line personnel to Easily and Quickly Assemble, Disassemble, Clean, and Replace Components. Once assembled, the joints are seamless and leak-proof. Due to their compact design, piping configurations can be more tightly integrated, leading to more efficient use of production space.

The I-Line fitting design consists of interlocking flat ferrules, a flat gasket, and a clamp. This interlocking metal-to-metal design eliminates over-compression of the clamp and prevents the gasket from being extruded into product-contact areas.

Tri-Clamp clamps offer flexibility with options for Single-Pin, Double-Pin, or Three-Segment designs to meet specific installation requirements.

For applications requiring higher line pressures, Bolted High-Pressure Clamps are also available as an alternative.
