Model H206 is CNC vertical universal cylindrical grinder. It is suitable for grinding external or internal cylinders, external & internal taper rotary workpieces, end surface & shoulder of plates. The grinder is equipped with SIMEN'S 3GE control system and CRT display, vertical and horizontal axes are driven by JFT 5 AC servo motors. Grinding and dressing parameters can be input by MDI system, and the system also has automatic grinding, dressing cycles. The grinder has safety interlocking protecting device. The table can be start-up when hydro-static bearing of table is in normal working state. In the events of shocking and excess loading grinding wheel motor, the grinding stops and alarms immediately. The feature of grinder is easy to operate and in high safety.
