The Couverture Club is designed for the serious nibbler and cook. Each month members receive bars of world-class chocolate couverture-- either from a single manufacturer or from a chocolatier who has created a custom blend of chocolate from different manufacturers. These bars (typically 1.5 pounds or more) are sublime for eating, baking or dessert making.
