Chin Liang Electricity & Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Mar, 1963. Manufacturing various kinds of Plywood Machinery to supply a domestic plywood plant. In Jun,1973, we moved to our present address and are launched under the firm name of Chin Hsiang Electricity & Machinery Co., Ltd. we then started to export Plywood Machinery to the Southeast Asia area. Capital was increased to NT$10,000,000. In May,1974, Technical cooperation started with Fukushima Ltd., of Japan in the development of a Veneer Peeling Lathe. Then in Jan, 1980, we exported Chilor-Alkali Equipment to Indonesia. Capital was also increased to NT$20,000,000. In Jul, 1983, we set up a Branch Office in Singapore. And capital was increased to NT$30,000,000. In Aug, 1987, Capital was increased to NT$45,000,000.
