Since E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics president Mr. Sun Guangfeng was once the superior engineer in a big state-owned pneumatic company, E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics pays special attentions to E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics R&D department. Every year E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics spends at least 5% of the profits in developing new series pneumatic and hydraulic products and studying the new trend of the pneumatic automation industry.
To provide strongest technical support, E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics imports advanced technologies every year from other countries, and keep very good relationship with some famous university in Zhejiang, Peking and Shanghai.
E.MC R&D department now has 11 engineers doing different designing, some for pneumatic cylinders, some for solenoid valves, some for air treatment units, some for pneumatic fittings, some for special products, etc. Every drawing should be checked by superior engineer and discussed with the production manager, and some customized drawing should be confirmed by customers.
E.MC pneumatics & hydraulics has a laboratory especially for the E.MC R&D department, with this we can do different type of testing for our pneumatic and hydraulic products, to make sure the first samples be ok before going to the streamline and market.
