Cambus was established as a privately owned company in 1997. Our managers had each garnered over twenty years of engineering and trading experience, and were well established within the industry. As a consequence, we already had a strong and co-operative framework of suppliers, in both Taiwan and China, and facilities for manufacturing tooling, plastic moulding devices, stamping and CNC machinery parts, cable assembly services, SMT processing and PCB.
At the onset, our main point of focus was on the manufacturing and assembly of universal joints, supplying repairs for the after sales market. We brought together the necessary components from a variety of vendors, and completed the assembly process at our factory.
Witnessing steady growth, in 2001 we were in a position to cement our close business relations with Your Show Enterprises Co., Ltd. With their co-operation, we expanded our production facilities and begin manufacturing plastic molding and plastic injection devices.
In 2003 Chven Sing Electronics Co., Ltd. merged with Cambus, thus providing us with our own independent production base. Our factory at Chven Sing provides a professional cable assembly system, which is both UL and ISO certified.
