To offering satisfactory products to satisfy market and customer¡¦s requirement, Haifung Rubber Products Ind. (HFC) is established in 1991 in Shenzhen, China, specialized in manufacturing of o-rings and other custom designed molded rubber parts, with 1500 employees and advanced production equipments. In 1992, Maihwa Oil Seal Ind. (MHC) is established in Shanghai, China, specialized in manufacturing a variety of oil seals and other rubber bonded metal products with 500 employees.
In order to maintain outstanding manufacturing standards and staying in the forefront of manufacturing technology, MFC and its subsidiaries (HFC and MHC) have not only obtained the ISO9002 in the 1990's, but have also became QS9000 certified. MFC also established a research center in researching tooling, raw material and manufacturing technology. In the effort to ensure continuous improvement on customer service, the MFC Group has introduced and adopted the ERP system since year 2001. In 2005, MFC Group (MFC Taiwan, Shanghai and Shenzhen) respectively obtained TS16949 certification.
