In the light of ISO9001:2000, ISO5211, NAMUR standards and 94/9/EC OF 23 MARCH, EN13980, EN60079-0:2006 EN60079-1:2004 directives, AFL Group specially manufacture and supply Namur aluminum solenoid valve, Namur stainless steel solenoid valve , intrinsically coils, flame-proof coils and encapsulation coils. Most of them have successfully got the approvals of CE, IP65, NEMA4, 4X, IECEx and ATEX.

Followings are the main series of the ACHEM ALV series solenoid valve and the coils:

-ALV200 series miniature solenoid valve is suitable for the use of small air volume spring return pneumatic actuator.

-ALV300 series Namur solenoid valve is suitable for the indoor use of small and middle size air volume spring return and double acting pneumatic actuator.

-ALV400 series Namur solenoid valve is suitable for the indoor use of large size air volume spring return and double acting pneumatic actuator.

-ALV500 series Namur solenoid valve is suitable for the indoor and outdoor use of small and middle size air volume spring return and double acting pneumatic actuator. On requiring, it is also suitable for the use of high temperature (150℃) and cold temperature (-40℃) applications.

-ALV600 series Stainless steel Namur solenoid valve is suitable for the indoor and outdoor use of small and middle size air volume spring return and double acting pneumatic actuator.The spool valve of ALV600 solenoid valve is made by stainless steel (304/316/316L) which offers excellent resistance to most corrosive chemicals as well as hazardous industrial atmospheres. On requiring, it is also suitable for the use in high temperature (150℃) and cold temperature (-40℃) applications.

-C0 series standard coil is available for the voltage of 12/24/48VDC-2.8W and 110/220/240VAC, 4VA (50/60Hz)

-C1 series 15mm pilot coil is available for the voltage of 12/24VDC-2.3W or 1W and 110/220VAC, 2.5VA (50/60Hz) especially for the application of PLC, ASi or DeviceNet directly wiring.

-C3 series 15mm pilot coil is available for the voltage of 24VDC-1W which certified for use in all hazardous areas (Class I, Div. 1&2, Group A, B, C and D, Ex ia IIC T6) and also is suitable for the application of PLC, ASi or DeviceNet directly wiring.

-C4 series flame proof coil is available for the voltage of 24VDC-1W, 24VDC-2.5W and/or 110/220VAC, 4,5VA (50/60Hz) which certified for use in all hazardous areas (Class I, Div. 1&2, Group A, B, C and D, Ex d IIC T6).

-C5 series intrinsically safe coil is available for the voltage of 24VDC-2.5W which certified for use in all hazardous areas (Class I, Div. 1&2, Group A, B, C and D, Ex ia IIC T6).

-C6 series encapsulation coil is available for the voltage of 24VDC-3W and 220VAC-4VA which certified for use in all hazardous areas (Class I, Div. 1&2, Group A, B, C and D, Ex mB II T4,T6).
