Zoomlion Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 and its predecessor was Chery Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. merged into Zoomlion in August 2014. Zoomlion Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in research, development, manufacture, sale, logistics and service of agricultural equipment. It is one of the five strategic sectors of Zoomlion.

In agricultural equipment industry, Zoomlion Heavy Machinery adheres to its orientation of all-round mechanization of agricultural production and grain production. At present, it has formed a product portfolio of 10 major product lines covering tractors, wheat harvesters, corn harvesters, rice harvesters, silage harvesters, sugarcane harvesters, rice transplanters, dryers, agricultural implements and garden machinery, more than 50 product platforms and over 750 varieties of product resources. Zoomlion has obtained the OECD certification, GOST certification in the Commonwealth of Independent States and the EUE-mark certification.

Zoomlion Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Wuhu, Anhui Province; some business bases are under construction in the headquarters and the provinces of Henan, Zhejiang, Jilin and Xinjiang; the Overseas Business Unit is situated in Beijing.
