Properties:
White sandy granules, soluble in water. Polyacrylamide bears large amount of polar groups which make it an excellent flocculant for water purification through charge neutralization and bridging mechanism.
Use:
1. as flocculant in water purification and flotation.
2. as oil drilling fluid additive.
3. as textile sizing agent.
4. as reinforcing agent in papermaking.
5. as coating additive, leakage stopper, slurry stabilizer, etc.
