Wan Chi steel pipe（Qinhuangdao）Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign owned enterprise and is invested by Taiwan Wan Chi Group that was established in 1969. It was the first enterprise in China having the ability to produce API-5L "Large Diameter SAW pipe"; its daily output is 800 tons. Wan Chi is the largest supplier of LSAW in Taiwan and has worldwide distribution.
Planned total investment of mainland Wan Chi is USD78 millions with the coverage of 500 acres. The first investment is about USD29.5 millions and land covers 222 acres，the LSAW steel pipe fabricating company is now putting into production. The 3LPE coating company and High frequency pipe bending company is now under construction this year.
